& Refund Policy

  • Registrants can make cancellation requests from their user profiles.
  • Cancellation will be effective with the acknowledgment sent from the secretariat@ifascon2020.com. Delegates who pay through Online mode will get refund within 25 working days from the day of cancellation. For delegates who choose offline mode for payment, refund will be initiated after 1 month of the completion of the conference.
  • No refund will be applicable on paid internet handling charges, taxes etc.
  • With the cancellation of Conference Registration, all the paid and complimentary services/facilities/entitlements will be cancelled.
Till 31st October, 2019 75% refund
Till 31st December, 2019 50% refund
Till 30th January, 2020 20% refund
30th January, 2020 onwards No refund

Mode of Refund Remittance

  • For Online Payment - directly to the account
  • For Offline Payment - by cheque
  • No refund will be applicable in case of eventual No Show.
  • In case of overpayment or double payment, the additional amount will be reversed via the original payment mode
  • No refund will be applicable in case of eventual No Show.
  • Neither IFASCON 2020 organizing committee nor any of its associates will be held responsible if the conference is cancelled or postponed. In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, refund policies and other financial liabilities would be decided then and delegates will be informed accordingly.
  • No refund will be granted for early termination of attendance, cancellation of speakers or any other incident which are beyond the control of the organizers.
